Welcome to the Ranchwood Condoumium Complex Website. We are not an apartment complex. Our condos are individual owned and operated. We do not handle any type of rental property or rental verification. Every owner of a unit is responsible for their own unit.  This is website is Ranchwood Homeowners Association Inc. is a mutual benefit not-for-profit corporation designed and implemented with the intent of protecting the value of the homes within Ranchwood, as well as enforcing the HOA rules and managing the common area for the homeowners association.  Nestled within the desirable and historically affluent Sunnyside neighborhood of Fresno, Ranchwood HOA benefits from its close proximity to universities, restaurants, the IRS, downtown Fresno and the cities of Clovis and Sanger.  As a gateway to the Sierras, Ranchwood is a short 20 mile drive up Kings Canyon road to the Sierra Foothills, the Kings River and on toward Kings Canyon National Park.

Monthly Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at the United Way of Fresno County located at 4949 E. Kings Canyon Road at 6:00 p.m. with a closed executive session board meeting immediately following the regular monthly board meeting.
